So this didn’t turn out quite as I imagined it would, but hey ho, it worked. Although my hair looks a bit pants in all the wind! Update soonest. For now, romantic weekend does not include blogging. Apparently. 😉 X
Things are a bit manic today (about to set off for Devon in a bid to beat the Bank Holiday rush) so I’ll update this post later, but for now here’s the results of my Me Made May t-shirt refashion, which I wore to the really rather excellent Crystal Fighters gig at Koko last night. It’s got a lot of flaws (what happened to that neckline…?), but hey, it’s all a learning curve, right?! X
The next of our ‘Tuesday Timewarps’ and – surprise, surprise – it’s another neckwarmer…! (I made a lot of these).

So it’s the first week of Me Made May and in accordance with my pledge (dah dah daaaaaaaaaah) I set out the other day to find some ‘stuff’ to remake and remodel. I had planned on hitting the charity shops, but I had a moo who was rather impatient for food, so I didn’t quite make it that far.
“Allow it to be hard for you, too”. These were the wise words of one of my lovely mummy friends yesterday, at the prospect of moo’s first day with the childminder today. Actually, I don’t recall if these were her precise words, she probably put it more elegantly than that, but that was the sentiment. And it was the sentiment that hit me this morning as I packed up all his stuff for his first stay at E’s house.
